For at least 21 days, I’m starting a challenge as of this Monday (August 2nd):

  • I won’t consume processed sugar,
  • And I won’t use social media on my phone (Especially Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn)

I will keep you updated on my progress.

It’s been almost 2 years since I’ve used an airline. Today I’m flying from my new town to my old town (Ankara) to see my parents and my sister.

Wish everyone a safe summer. ☀️

Putting my daughter to sleep is one of the most wonderful experiences I’ve ever had. 👧😴

Seeing her grow and becoming an individual makes me both proud and feel a bit fear of missing out our precious times together.

Even only because of this, I feel very lucky to have the chance to work from home 🏡.

Today is the 10th anniversary of my quitting smoking.

I celebrate this day quietly, being proud of myself.

If you’re thinking of quitting, just do it. You’re not that weak, don’t worry.

It feels great to putting feet on the grass: it gets you connected to earth while giving life to grass and to flowers.

Old friendships never get old. Even after years of separation, you get to the almost same closeness with your old friends.

Yesterday one of my best friends from high school and his wife and his daughter visited us. It was a priceless experience.

I love walking alone. I also love walking with someone and talking about things.

Last evening we made a walk with Ahmet Kuzubaşlı at the seaside. We talked about what we’re working on, and our professional and personal interests. We walked for about one and a half hours.

For the knowledge workers who sit all day while working, and especially the ones working remotely like me, having a walk and talk is great for both physical and mental health.

After one and a half years of locking ourselves down as a family, we’ve finally started to go outside for eating and drinking something.

It feels great on one side, but it’s still intimidating because of the pandemic.

Hope we wouldn’t have to lock ourselves down once more. 🤞

Like most places in the northern hemisphere, we’re experiencing very hot days.

It’s hard to get concentrated and continue doing the things you need to do.

Let’s don’t forget to get hydrated frequently, and consume healthy food these days.
